ASTRA:       Wooden Nesting Box with Mesh Floor

This version of our Standard & large fowl nesting boxes are without perches but have a mesh floor. We figured it was a better idea to have variety in our products then be stuck having to purchase one version. You have options at Skylinepoultry.   Wooden floors are a little harder to clean out but with a mesh floor it is a breeze and alot more sanitary when it comes to waste pile up. Our large fowl nesting boxes boast plenty of room with a 8.5 inch access hole instead of a square opening. The problem I've encountered with square openings is that the fowl are hesitant of entering and have trouble getting in. There was alot of thought that went into the design of our Skylinepoultry wooden nesting boxes. Our main goal was to design and build a wooden nesting box that would be affordable and not lack quality and features. I consider our design and features to be the pennicle of wooden nesting boxes. These wooden nesting boxes are a Skylinepoulty exclusive design only. ( Patent pending.)  

To keep cost down we have decided to not stain or paint our wooden nesting boxes at this time. Our boxes are built in house and are assembled upon order. It would also be a dangerous liability to stain or paint prior to packing due to fume build up which could cause fire or explosion unless boxes were left to dry completely for a couple of days. The thought has not been ruled out, but just not at this time.
